Dear Residents,
To facilitate hassle free movement of vehicles and prevent collision, driving direction arrows indicating IN and OUT directions have been painted on the peripheral walls of our apartment.
In addition designated two wheeler and visitor parking spaces have been earmarked to enable visitors to park vehicles conveniently.
Residents are requested to adhere to the driving directions and help us in making the vehicular movement smooth.

Children's Park and Generator Backup Inaugurated
It was a momentous occasion for the residents of Sairam apartments as the children’s park (brought up at a cost of around Rs.25000) and the back-up generator facility were inaugurated on 28th September 08,Sunday at 6:30 PM by our senior most resident Mr. A .Ramasamy in the presence of our association’s office bearers, members and residents not to mention our junior citizens who made the occasion colourful and noisy with their spontaneous participation and usage of the facility.
The office bearers of our association extend their thanks to the staff and members who have helped these initiatives attain fruition.

Office bearers and members of our association are pleased to invite you all for the inauguration of children’s park and the generator backup facility on 28.09.08 Sunday at 6:30 PM.
Mr. A .Ramasamy senior most resident of our apartment has consented to inaugurate the children’s park for our junior citizens !!
We kindly request all the residents and children to assemble at children’s park (located behind transformer).

Circular on main door security system and terrace usage

Circular 25/9/08
Based on the discussion we had with our esteemed members during the suggestion
meeting held on 21/9/08 – 6:30 PM, it has been proposed to start using the automatic
door locking and opening facility provided at the main entrance of A , B and C blocks with effect from 28th September Sunday.
This is done in order to compliment and augment the existing manual security provided at the main entrance of the apartment.
Following are the guidelines for using automatic door locking and opening system
1) The main entrance doors of A, B and C blocks will be closed at 10.P.M and will be re-opened at 6.00 AM
2) The key for the entrance door has been given to owners already and a backup key is available with the security.
3) Residents are expected to use the key or call some one in the house to release the lock by pressing the green button available in the intercom receiver installed in the respective apartments
4) While this will be the normal practice you can request the security to open the door in case you forget to take the key along with you. Please make use of the security personnel only in a contingency situation and not as a regular practice
Please give your valuable feedback in case of any teething issues faced during the initial weeks of implementing this system to any of our office bearers in writing (via house keeping manager Mr. Radhakrishnan)
It has also been proposed to have the terrace open for use from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and close it by 8:00 PM every day.
